Jackdaw is about 6 years old and came into CPL care after being trapped by a lady who mistook him for her missing cat. He was not socialised on arrival and has been with us for some time “learning the ropes”. He is beginning to really enjoy his new life and is ready to find a home of his own.
Jackdaw is a friendly dude. However, he can be unpredictable so he would best suit a relaxed adult home and an understanding – probably experienced – new owner. He may enjoy a lifestyle block or similar where he can be fairly independent and help out with some mousing.
Mitch is about 3 years old and was surrendered to CPL with his mother Daisy and her 5 kittens (already adopted) because his owner could not continue with their care.
Mitch is sweet but very shy. He is happy and friendly with staff but tends to hide when visitors arrive. He will take time to settle so he may need to be kept indoors for an extended period when first adopted. He will suit a quiet adult home and an understanding new owner who has the time and patience to build his confidence.
Black Benji and his tuxedo brother Samuel are about 5 years old and were surrendered with their younger housemate Vinnie (already adopted) because their owner was unable to continue with their care.
Both very timid on arrival, Benji and Samuel have blossomed into a pair of friendly dudes who enjoy meeting and greeting visitors.
Benji and Samuel are closely bonded and we would like them to be adopted as a pair.
Tulip is about 3 years old and came into CPL care as a stray. She has been advertised as Found but remains unclaimed so she is now available for adoption.
Tulip is a friendly, polite but slightly shy girl. She enjoys attention but is easily overstimulated. As she can nip when things get too much she will best suit a home with no children and a patient, understanding new owner.
