Brighton

Posted on November 27, 2020January 17, 2021

Brighton is about 3 years old.  He is a shy but friendly boy who does big head butts when you cuddle him.  He can be quite jumpy, so he will do best in a quiet adult home with a patient new owner.  We think he may be a bit bossy once he has his paws under the table.

Brighton was living as a stray in the central city before being rescued.  His finder advertised but nobody came forward to claim him – his missing ear-tip suggests he was desexed as part of a TNR program so this wasn’t too surprising.

Brighton will need to be an indoor-only pet due to an ongoing health issue.  Our cattery staff will be happy to give you more information about this.

Visits to the Cattery are by appointment only.  You can contact our cattery on (03)384 0006 or email: cplcattery@xtra.co.nz.
