Nelson

Posted on January 7, 2021January 11, 2021
Visits To The Cattery Are By Appointment Only You can contact our cattery on (03)384 0006 or cplcattery@xtra.co.nz to make an appointment and our cattery staff need to confirm this time and day for you before the appointment is confirmed. .Appointments are best made in advance to avoid disappointment as places limited. Please be patient as we are dealing with a high volume of enquires.

Nelson is about 11 years old, a big boy with a big Greek personality to match.  He enjoys tummy rubs and likes to be the centre of attention, but he may nip if he doesn’t get his own way.  He will best suit as the only pet in an adult home.

Nelson was born and rescued in Greece and came to NZ with his owner.  He was recently inherited by a family member but he wasn’t coping with having to share with another cat.

Nelson is on medication for arthritis which will need to be continued.  He is also on a diet (and has already lost a lot of weight), which will help take some pressure off his joints.  His new owner will need to be firm as he does love his food.
