Our sincerest apologies to anyone who has been having difficulty contacting us over the last week – especially anyone who has tried to use their cell phone to get in contact with the cattery (384 0006).
We have been upgrading our communication systems to better serve the cats and cat guardians of Canterbury. It has been a huge job and during the installation process our previous telco provider created a situation where people who tried to ring the cattery on their cell phones would go through to our old voicemail box that we could no longer access. We are deeply sorry to anyone who left us a message and never heard back.
This problem has been remedied and we look forward to hearing from you on our new, fit for purpose phone system!!
