Micky is about 3 years old and his housemate Pete is a little younger at about 2 years old. They are a friendly and playful pair of dudes. Micky is the more confident, probably because Pete is deaf and relies on him for cues. Although they look like a matching pair they are easy to tell apart – Pete has a small black mark on his nose.
Micky and Pete were surrendered to CPL because their owner was unable to continue with their care. As Pete depends on Micky we would like them to be adopted as a pair, and they will need to be either inside-only cats (possibly with a secure outdoor run) – or a home in a safe neighbourhood away from traffic and other dangers. Ideally, their new owner should have prior experience of dealing with deaf cats.
